Refund Policy
Last updated: 26 April 2026
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services
SwiftSite sells digital website design, setup, customization, domain/hosting setup assistance, SSL setup, and related digital services. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable.
2. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable
Advance payment confirms the order, reserves project time, and allows SwiftSite to start planning, setup, design customization, content placement, domain/hosting coordination, and other digital work. Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable.
3. No Refund After Work Begins
No refund will be provided once any work has started, including but not limited to project review, theme preparation, design setup, content placement, domain search/registration process, hosting setup, SSL setup, database/order creation, communication, or any backend/frontend work.
4. No Refund for Customer Delay or Incomplete Content
Refunds will not be provided if the project is delayed because the customer does not provide required information, delays approval, changes requirements, does not respond, provides incorrect details, or fails to send content such as logo, photos, services/products list, address, contact details, or links.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided if the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the website, selects the wrong theme, changes business plans, or decides not to continue after payment.
6. No Refund for Third-Party Issues
Refunds will not be provided for delays or issues caused by third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, DNS propagation, SSL providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms, or other external services.
7. Domain and Hosting Charges
If domain, hosting, SSL, or any third-party service has been purchased, registered, activated, reserved, or configured, that cost is non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Corrections Instead of Refund
If there is a genuine mistake in content placement, contact details, spelling, images, links, or basic setup caused by SwiftSite, we will correct it within a reasonable time. Corrections do not create refund eligibility.
9. Duplicate Payment
If the customer is accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment may be reviewed and refunded after verification, provided the duplicate amount is confirmed in our payment records.
10. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or remains pending, the customer should contact their bank/payment provider or wait for the payment gateway update. SwiftSite will only consider an order paid after successful payment confirmation.
11. Exceptional Cases
Any exception to this Refund Policy is solely at the discretion of SwiftSite and must be confirmed in writing. No verbal assurance will be considered valid.
12. Contact
For refund-related queries, contact SwiftSite through the contact details provided on the website with your order number, payment reference, and registered contact details.
