1. Scope of Service

SwiftSite provides digital website-related services, including website design/setup, theme customization, content placement, .in domain assistance, hosting setup, SSL setup, WhatsApp/contact integration, basic business information sections, and other related digital services as offered on our website or order form.

2. Order Process

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate and complete information, including business name, contact details, services/products list, logo, images, address, social media links, Google Map link, and any other content required for website creation.

The customer confirms that they have rights or permission to use all logos, images, text, trademarks, and business information submitted to SwiftSite.

4. Delivery Timeline

SwiftSite aims to deliver eligible website projects within 48 hours after receiving complete content and successful advance payment. Delays caused by incomplete content, late response, domain approval issues, hosting/DNS propagation, third-party service delays, or additional customization requests are not considered delivery failures.

5. Theme and Design Customization

Selected themes are customized with the customer’s business information, services/products, images, colors, links, and contact details. Major structural changes, custom coding, additional pages, advanced features, integrations, or repeated design changes may require additional charges.

6. Domain, Hosting and SSL

Where included, .in domain, hosting, and SSL setup are provided as part of the selected package or offer. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. If the requested domain is unavailable, the customer must choose an available alternative.

7. Payment Terms

8. Revisions

Basic corrections such as spelling, phone number, address, service/product text, and image replacement may be handled during the setup stage. Repeated revisions, new layouts, new sections, or major design changes may be chargeable.

9. Prohibited Content

SwiftSite may refuse to create or host content that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, adult, harmful, infringing, or violates applicable laws, hosting rules, payment gateway policies, or third-party platform policies.

10. Third-Party Services

Services such as domain registration, hosting, SSL, payment gateway, WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media, fonts, analytics, or other integrations may depend on third-party providers. SwiftSite is not responsible for outages, approval delays, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided content remains the responsibility of the customer. SwiftSite may use general frameworks, templates, layouts, code patterns, and reusable components across projects. Unless specifically agreed in writing, custom source code ownership, exclusive rights, or resale rights are not transferred.
